Office Manager/Litigation Assistant
- 50% of responsibilities involve assisting litigation team with file organization, document preparation, court filing and service for litigation, performing conflict checks
- 30% of responsibilities involve assisting managing partner with generating client invoices, managing third-party billing software, managing reporting of attorney hours, and light bookkeeping duties
- 20% of the responsibilities involve office administrative tasks, such as organizing and stocking breakroom, file organization, organizing team building events and staff lunches
Pay: Commensurate with experience
Schedule: 9-5 M-F
