This webinar will highlight recent developments in oil and gas law in Louisiana. Kiefaber & Oliva LLP attorney Patrick Schenkel will cover the basics of a mineral servitude and address the impact of statutory pooling (forced pooling) on mineral servitudes and mineral leases. The session will also provide strategies for navigating stacked geological units.
