Join Kiefaber & Oliva LLP partner Brad Gibbs for a discussion about the potential pitfalls of developing renewable energy facilities on mineral lands. This webinar will also cover common provisions in wind and solar leases and include an analysis of case law related to the accommodation doctrine.
