Joseph Manning

Joseph Manning has nine years in the oil and gas industry as a landman with seven of those years spent in house. As an attorney, his practice includes drafting various upstream oil and gas agreements and commercial contracts, oil and gas leases, and surface use agreements, surface use agreements, purchase and sale agreements, due diligence in acquisitions and divestitures, complex mineral title issues, pooling and unitization, lease analysis, joint operating agreements, surface use issues and title curative, drafting oil and gas drilling title opinions, supplemental title opinions, and limited acquisition title opinions for clients conducting oil and gas operations, as well as the drafting and negotiation of other oil and gas contracts. He is licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen with an RPL certification.

Joey is an alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin and enjoys tennis, skiing and weightlifting.
