Zach Gaver

Zach Gaver focuses his practice on the energy industry. Zach counsels both public and private clients, including exploration and production companies, drilling contractors, and service providers, on a wide variety of energy transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. He has authored hundreds of title opinions including drilling, division order, and supplemental title opinions, and has led title due diligence efforts for clients on numerous upstream asset transactions.

Zach has drafted various upstream oil and gas agreements and commercial contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, joint exploration and development agreements, joint operating agreements, area of mutual interest agreements, master service agreements, subcontractor agreements, oil and gas leases, and surface use agreements. He earned his BA from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his JD from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. Zach is licensed to practice law in Texas and Ohio.
